All flowers and tools from Magic Flowers are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, please note that it is not possible to receive the items immediately.
Flower production time depends on the complexity of the order and the queue, ranging from 1 week to 2 months.
Tool production time depends on the order size, typically 3–5 business days.

Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer to the details provided in the invoice or via PayPal.

Delivery
IMPORTANT! At the moment, shipping to the USA is unavailable due to new tariffs and customs regulations. If you’re in the USA and would like to receive items, please send me a private message — I’ll provide the latest options.
I ship both flowers and tools worldwide. Since the exact cost depends on the size of the package and the destination, I can’t give precise calculations here, but you can use the following as a rough guide:
- Up to 250 g — €5
- 250–500 g — €7
- 500–1000 g — €10
- 1000–2000 g — €15
For orders within Latvia, there is a fixed shipping fee: €3 via Omniva or €2.50 via DPD parcel machine for standard packages (tools and small flowers).
Of course, you’re also welcome to pick up your order in person in Latvia, Jurmala (free :) )

Packaging & Care
Flowers are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box. During transit, stems may be bent into arches — this is normal! Each stem contains a wire, which can easily be straightened back.
Tools are packed in labeled bags and then in protective packaging — either bubble wrap or a cardboard box, depending on the order size.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the season and courier workload:
- Latvia — 1–3 days
- Europe & UK — 4–7 days
- Other countries — up to 20 days
